Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare needed PPE and supplies.
• Carry out markdowns and track loss as part of daily duties.
• Perform all deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese tasks and operate related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, displays, floors and counters.
• Prepare and label sandwiches, pizzas and grab-and-go items as per SOP.
• Assist customers, weigh and label deli items, and portion foods.
• Stock and organize department sales floor cases and coolers.
• Record production and sanitation logs and monitor temperature charts.
• Plan weekly circular ad and assist with inventory and organization.
