• Slice deli meats and cheeses to customers' requests using proper deli equipment.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Inform customers of deli specials and promotions.
• Assist Food Service Manager with budgeting, profit and loss reviews, and financial reporting.
• Plan, organize, and supervise inventory processes and train department associates.
