Job summary

FiveStar in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the deli area stocked and clean.

Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting, thanking, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register, and account for any mistakes in transactions.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits in line with company safety rules.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
