Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Radcliff, KY to greet customers, handle fast-paced transactions, and assist with deli prep and merchandizing. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include promoting FiveStar specials, ensuring food safety, and upholding safety policies. Candidates should be 18+, reliable, and able to work varied shifts; prior POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, eye contact and engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register.
• Prepare quality food using standard equipment per guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote specials and suggestive selling on every transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and other store areas.
• Follow safe work habits and company safety rules.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws; follow employee handbook policies.
