Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Cadiz, KY location. You will greet customers, handle fast-paced register transactions, and ensure the deli and store areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility with shifts including weekends/holidays, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior retail/food service experience is helpful; FiveStar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi-task to meet customer needs.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide FiveStar customer service.
• Complete fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment per FiveStar guidelines.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Follow all company safety rules and policies.
