Job summary

FiveStar in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, complete sales at the register, and keep the deli area stocked and clean. You will provide friendly service, follow safety rules, and help drive daily sales with upselling and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting customers, thanking them, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and accurately account for mistakes.
• Prepare quality food using equipment according to FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to ensure product is visually appealing and available for customers.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Follow all company safety rules and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
