Job summary

FiveStar in Glasgow, KY is hiring Customer Service Representatives to greet customers, process fast, accurate sales transactions, and keep the store clean and well stocked. You’ll assist in the deli with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met.

In this role you’ll stand for long periods, work varied shifts including weekends/holidays, and provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude while following company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, make eye contact, and engage with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register.
• Prepare quality food using deli equipment and follow safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials through informative selling on transactions.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and all other areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits in line with company safety rules.
