Qualificações

• Customer focus with guest service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent guest service and greeting.
• Assist guests in locating items and answer calls politely.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inspect and rotate deli products; maintain temperatures and displays.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and supplies.
• Lead by example in food safety practices and logs.
• Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Attend shifts reliably and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Support team with other duties as assigned.
