Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: creating a positive guest experience with friendly interactions.
• Guest Assistance: help guests locate items and answer calls professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests.
• Customer Service: address concerns promptly using the boomerang principle.
• Quality Control: inspect, rotate and maintain deli products at proper temps.
• Inventory Management: maintain deli storage supplies and organization.
• Food Safety: maintain safety logs and follow safety standards.
• Efficiency: meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and notify for replacements.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
