You will maintain quality standards, assist with inventory, safety logs, and daily duties, with a flexible weekday/weekend schedule. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in our community grocery store.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful service and greet guests professionally.
• Assist guests in locating items and answer store phone calls.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to quality.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect and rotate deli products, maintain temperatures and displays.
• Maintain deli storage inventory and organization of supplies.
• Lead food safety practices and logs; uphold safety standards.
• Meet quantity and quality standards by 10am and 5pm daily.
• Attend to schedule and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support team with additional duties as assigned.
