Festival Foods in Madison, WI is seeking a Part-Time Deli Clerk to join our team. You’ll support food preparation, guest service, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role reports to the Deli Manager and requires a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful service to guests with a friendly greeting and professional interactions
• Assist guests in locating items and answer deli department phone professionally
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests
• Maintain deli product quality, temperatures, and display freshness
• Manage inventory and ensure proper labeling and stock levels
• Adhere to food safety logs and safety standards
• Meet quality and quantity standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and arrange replacements when needed
• Support the team with other duties as assigned
