Qualifications

• Customer focus in guest interactions.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to assess and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and proper training on deli equipment.
• Understanding of deli products, perishable operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism.
• Guest Assistance: help guests locate items and answer deli department calls.
• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders precisely.
• Customer Service: address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Quality Control: inspect, rotate, and maintain deli items per standards.
• Inventory Management: maintain deli stock, containers, lids, and tags.
• Food Safety: maintain safety logs and follow all food safety protocols.
• Efficiency: meet quantity standards by 10am and 5pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
