As a Deli Clerk, you will help customers make healthy food choices by preparing "fresh and easy meals" and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include arranging vegetables or sliced meats for sandwiches, assisting with catering orders, maintaining food safety standards, and learning about products and equipment. The role offers opportunities for growth and requires a fast-paced, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Dependable, reliable, and friendly with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for up to 4 hours per shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and operate equipment safely.
• Adhere to safety regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $16.70 - $22.55/hour, based on experience.
