The Kroger Deli Clerk creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encourages other associates to do the same. You will establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customer loyalty. Additionally, you will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitor quality assurance standards, and demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
