Job summary

Meijer is seeking a store operations leader to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day store activities across departments. You will mentor staff, implement strategies to improve customer service, and drive sales while maintaining company standards and appearance.

You will ensure staffing, training, and succession planning, while managing P&L and shrink, with a focus on safe, efficient service during peak hours. Strong leadership and coaching are essential.

• Ensure staffing, selection and training to meet needs; manage promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee P&L, shrink reduction and overall department performance.
• Promote safe work environment and maintain regular attendance.
