Job summary

Stater Bros. Markets is seeking a NOTC Clerk in San Clemente, CA to deliver G.O.A.T. service and support all daily operations in the Service Deli and Bakery departments.

You will prepare and package deli or bakery items, maintain quality and presentation, and ensure food safety standards are met. The role also covers graveyard shifts with stocking, display prep for the next day, and keeping areas clean and ready for opening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Valid Food Handler / Health Card (for fresh departments)

Responsibilities

• Deliver G.O.A.T. service to customers.
• Prepare deli and bakery items per recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise service deli and bakery displays.
• Assist with inventory, waste tracking, and pricing as needed.
• Operate deli and bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve customer concerns.
