Candidates will stock and maintain displays for the graveyard shift, assist with inventory, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally, and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent service at the Service Deli and Bakery counters, including preparing items and ensuring freshness.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise deli and bakery products, monitor expiration dates, and assist with inventory control.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
