Job summary

Stater Bros. Markets is seeking a NOTC Clerk in Retail Operations to deliver G.O.A.T service and support the Service Deli and Bakery. This role focuses on friendly, knowledgeable customer interactions and accurate food preparation.

You will stock, prepare, and package deli items, maintain quality standards, and help maintain clean, organized displays. A graveyard shift may involve stocking and setup for the next day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Food Handler/Health Card required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet, observe, assist, and thank customers with G.O.A.T service.
• Prepare deli items, packaging, and labeling per guidelines.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise deli and bakery displays.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across sections.
• Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory and handling of special orders.
