Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching associates to goals.
• Provide leadership and promote Food Lion Brand culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly department.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Record and report accidents per Food Lion procedures.
• Observe safety and prevent shrink.
