You will manage inventory, ensure product quality and safety, train associates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain department margins and a high standard of customer care across the deli and bakery areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly sales and labor projections for the Deli/Bakery Department.
• Monitors costs and expenses; controls ordering, inventory, shrink, and ad displays.
• Manages Deli/Bakery staff including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversees shift operations and prepares department work schedules.
• Ensures weekly flyers are in stock and that products for ads are ordered and available.
