You will manage scheduling, inventory, and inventory turnover, while maintaining cost controls and safety standards. This role emphasizes team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Grocery retail deli/bakery experience preferred.
• Experience in natural foods industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales and labor projections for Deli/Bakery.
• Control costs, inventory, and shrink; manage ad displays.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach staff; conduct reviews.
• Oversee shift operations and department schedules.
• Ensure in-stock deli/bakery items for ads.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in deli/bakery areas.
• Assist customers and drive sales at counter.
• Monitor product quality and rotation.
