Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning with development paths and promotions.
• Supports disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals, sales, labor and margin plans.
• Reviews sales goals, costs, stock loss and goals.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Ensures the backroom is neat and organized and maintains signage.
• Meet or exceed department conditions and safety standards.
