Role Overview

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Fort Drum Commissary located at Fort Drum, NY.

The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium-sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering, and customer service is essential.

  • Implement frontline training programs
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
