About The Position

As the Bakery Manager, you will lead team members, manage inventory, pricing, and operational processes with attention to detail. This fast-paced role requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and assist with friendly, accurate, and timely service
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage
• Properly receive, stock, and rotate goods
• Handle, slice, and prepare specialty breads, pastries, and meal solutions
• Direct team in handling, merchandising, and following standards
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via training platforms

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, or culinary fields
• Ability to read and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
