B2B Sales Manager (Bakery Food Ingredient Products) - Chinese Speaker

Job Location: Based in New York / New Jersey (Remote work)

Employment Type: Contract (Yearly Renewable)

Compensation: Basic salary open for discussion, Monthly Performance Incentive and Yearly Bonus, Company contributes 80% to employee's personal health insurance (does not provide 401K), 10 days of annual leave.

About the Company:

Headquartered in China, a large-scale joint-stock listed enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of bakery ingredients and frozen bakery products, with its main products including cream, fruit products, sauces, chocolate, and other bakery ingredients as well as frozen bakery goods, and some snacks.

Current Team Size in the United States:

  • 1 Business Manager, 1 Sales Manager (West Coast), and 1 Marketing Executive

About the Role:

  • The company operates in the form of export trade; they are now looking for a new addition to the Sales Manager team.
  • This Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and development of the East Coast market from scratch.
  • Specific annual performance indicators will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements:

  • Possesses B2B sales experience from the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Preferably someone who is familiar with bakery ingredients or food products.
  • Familiar with local food safety and policies.
  • Bilingual - English and Mandarin.

Interview Process:

  • 1st round with HR
  • 2nd round with Business Manager
  • Final round on-site interview with the Business Manager
