Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Fort Drum Commissary located at Fort Drum, NY. The Deli/Bakery Manager will oversee the operations of a medium-sized deli/bakery. Knowledge of deli/bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering, and customer service, is essential.
