Responsibilities

• Ensure product freshness and rotation compliance.
• Guide food safety and safe operation practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and displays.

• Operate register and cash handling when needed.
• Operate powered equipment where applicable.
• Participate in period end inventories.
• May act in Lead capacity in other departments.
