Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a part-time Deli/Bakery Associate in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves preparing and displaying bakery and deli products, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and stocking backroom items.

You will work with team members to meet guest experience and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and attention to detail, with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Produce Bakery/Deli Products to Production Planner.
• Package and Label Bakery/Deli Products per program plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations.
• Stock Backroom with Bakery/Deli Products – Rotating and Dating Cases/Buckets.
• Notify the Bakery/Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow PPE, Food Safety and Guest Experience guidelines.
