Job summary

SpartanNash in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Deli/Bakery Morning associate to prepare and display bakery and deli products, package and label items, and stock the deli/bakery area.

You will work independently and with teammates, follow safety and guest-experience guidelines, and help ensure accurate pricing and receiving. A high school diploma is preferred, with retail experience a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Produce Bakery/Deli Products to Production Planner.
• Package and Label Bakery/Deli Products per program plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations.
• Stock Backroom with Bakery/Deli Products - Rotating and Dating Cases/Buckets.
• Notify the Bakery/Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow PPE and Safety Guidelines; Food Safety and Guest Experience guidelines.
