Job summary

SpartanNash, a food solutions company, is seeking a Bakery/Deli team member in Fargo, North Dakota to prepare, package, display, and stock bakery and deli products while upholding guest experience, safety, and food safety guidelines.

You will work with teammates across departments to meet merchandising expectations, rotate stock, label products, and communicate recipes and measurements. A HS diploma and basic math skills are preferred; prior retail or deli experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Produce Bakery/Deli Products to Production Planner
• Package and Label Bakery/Deli Products per program plan
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations
• Stock Backroom with Bakery/Deli Products – Rotating and Dating Cases/Buckets
• Notify the Bakery/ Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow PPE and Safety Guidelines
