You’ll help lead a team, ensure quality and food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced grocery deli environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, leadership capabilities, and knowledge of deli equipment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent. Leadership and communication skills preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced deli/food service environments is a plus.
• Know-how of deli equipment (slicers, fryers, ovens) and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager in achieving labor goals and scheduling.
• Help manage inventory and pricing accuracy; place orders for events.
• Provide coaching and development to deli associates and foster guest service excellence.
• Support department leadership in performance reviews and policy adherence.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the deli area and sales floor.
