Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and proper procedures for equipment and hazards.
• Solid knowledge of retail food operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and greet guests professionally.
• Lead and reinforce company culture, guest service, and performance expectations.
• Manage staff by interviewing and extending offers to qualified candidates.
• Provide training for new deli associates and support retention.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and help guests locate items.
• Oversee presentation and inventory of the service counter and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure regular attendance and assist with shift coverage as needed.
