Job summary

Progressive scale from $16.07 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Hours

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers.
• Prepare deli products, including meats and cheeses (may handle pork).
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (heavy lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store.
• Assist the team on all tasks to ensure a well‑run department.

Physical Demands

Frequent: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling 500–1500 lbs, walking, reaching, standing, stooping, squatting.
Occasional: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, crawling.
Require ability to use equipment such as scanner, register, scale, coupon machine, intercom, pallet jack, high‑boy, steamer, slicer, wrapper, knives, roaster, chicken fryer, pizza oven, coffee pot, cleaning utensils.
