Job summary

Civicworks in Delaware is seeking an Employment and Training Administrator to oversee the Management Information Systems Unit, including performance reporting, case management system administration, and HR functions. The role involves representing the division at Workforce Development Board meetings and other leadership or federal agency gatherings.

The incumbent will develop employment and training program objectives in compliance with state and federal regulations and lead related policy

Qualifications

• Six months experience in health or human services program administration including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Six months experience in budget management and control.
• Three years experience in developing policies and procedures.
• Six months experience in staff supervision and work evaluation.
• Ability to interpret federal and state employment and training laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage MIS unit, oversee performance reporting, case management system admin, and HR functions.
• Represent division at Workforce Development Board meetings, leadership gatherings, and federal agency meetings.
• Develop employment and training program objectives in compliance with regulations.
