Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking a Specialist for Delaware Operations to support campus functions and coordinate data documentation, events, and scheduling. The role reports to the Senior Director for the Delaware Campus and RL’Cs, ensuring spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include processing forms, data entry, event coordination, and serving as a campus liaison for services and information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service experience
• State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s)
• An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.

Responsibilities

• Process forms and data entry; support room reservations and rentals.
• Coordinate operational logistics for campus events; maintain policy manuals; place work orders.
• Assist with services for students, faculty and staff; data entry and ad hoc support.
• Provide information about campus services and resources; assist enrollment campaigns.
