Job summary

TALNT Team LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Delaware Basin from Midland, Texas. You will leverage oilfield knowledge to open and close high‑value deals, building relationships with operators, EPCs, and service providers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in oil and gas, proven success in closing production-related solutions, and comfortable travel across the basin as part of a growth-stage market entry strategy.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in oil and gas, industrial services or energy.
• Two or more years in a new business hunter sales role.
• Proven success closing high value production related equipment or service solutions.
• Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in a growth stage, market entry environment.
• Willing to travel across the Delaware Basin.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development across the Delaware Basin.
• Build and manage senior level relationships with operators, EPCs and service providers.
• Drive complex, high value sales cycles from first contact through contract execution.
• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations to senior decision makers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
• Work with the Midland and Canada based teams on client engagement, project delivery and market feedback.
