Job summary

Merion Mercy Academy seeks an Inclusive Excellence & Service Coordinator to lead DEIB initiatives and oversee service programs that align with MMA’s Mercy-centered mission. • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student service programs aligned with MMA’s mission and values.
• Design and lead DEIB initiatives with Catholic Social Teaching in mind.
• Foster inclusive environments and advise on equity matters.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and community partners on programs.
• Coordinate service immersion trips and after-school service events.
• Track participation and report on outcomes for mission effectiveness.
