Job summary

Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is seeking a DEI Coordinator to support the development and execution of inclusive workplace initiatives. The role partners with DEI leadership, ERGs, and cross-functional teams to coordinate programs, trainings, and engagement activities with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about positive employee experiences in DEI.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years in an Administrative/Coordinator role is required.
• 1+ year in DEI department or DEI-related work is required.
• Demonstrated experience with DEI concepts and commitment to learning is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events; manage calendars, send announcements, and track attendance.
• Maintain organized shared files for internal and cross-team projects.
• Track workplan progress and recruiting cycles for DEI Council and external trainings.
• Assist with editing documents, presentations, video tasks, and file maintenance.
• Maintain accreditation documents for DEI and Talent Development.
• Complete special projects by assigned deadlines.
• Coordinate tasks in the CAL LMS; support program registrations and LMS auditing.
