Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in Administrative/Coordinator role required.
• 1+ year in a DEI department or related role required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with DEI concepts and commitment to ongoing learning required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule logistics for meetings, DEI trainings and identity observances, and other training events; manage calendars, announcements, and attendance.
• Maintain organized shared files for all groups and projects.
• Track workplan progress and recruiting cycles for DEI Council and external trainings.
• Edit and format documents and presentations; video recording and editing as needed.
• Maintain accreditation documents for DEI and Talent Development.
• Assist with special projects by assigned deadline and support LMS tasks.
