Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in career services, education, admissions, or youth development nonprofit.
• Experience developing and implementing DEI-aligned processes and protocols.
• Exceptional relational skills and community-building within educational or nonprofit settings.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of social and racial justice, intersectionality, and inclusive history.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intern hiring process with a focus on diverse candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of interns.
• Retain interns through coaching, support, and check-ins.
• Coordinate accommodations and performance support for interns.
• Provide guidance to intern supervisors on goals and expectations.
• Collaborate to build program capacity and drive innovation.
• Develop interns' professional development through workshops and networking.
• Manage internship data and program budget, ensure timely payments.
• Outreach to students and alumni to expand internship participation.
• Expand the Intern Hub and Supervisor Toolkit with resources.
