Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Degree Audit Specialist to ensure accurate degree plans, graduation processes, and reporting. You will lead degree audit initiatives, generate compliance reports, and collaborate with IT and academic teams to streamline workflows.

You will use Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Python, and Workday to enhance reporting and student success initiatives, while supporting reverse transfer efforts and state reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of related work experience. Official transcripts required.
• Bilingual or Multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write syntax and program automated degree plans used by students to track progress toward degree completion.
• Analyze and design departmental systems in compliance with THECB and Dallas College guidelines.
• Program degrees and certificate plans, including academic requirements, in Workday/Colleague.
• Collaborate with Degree Audit staff to ensure deadlines are met; work with Catalog Web Team and Curriculum Management to revise degree plans.
• Audit student graduation files for THECB compliance and generate reports as requested.
