Dallas College is seeking a Degree Audit Specialist to ensure accurate degree plans, graduation audits, and compliant reporting. You will leverage Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Python, and Workday to streamline processes and support student completion.

This on-site role offers the opportunity to drive student success through technology and cross-functional collaboration across campus departments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of related work experience or Associate degree plus five (5) years of related work experience.
• Official transcripts will be required.
• Bilingual or Multilingual preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Python, and Workday is preferred

Aufgaben

• Write syntax and program automated degree plans used by students to track progress toward degree completion.
• Audit student graduation files for compliance with THECB guidelines.
• Develop and deliver training for Degree Audit team members.
• Create Degree Audit training for Success Coaches and other staff.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and update Degree Audit SharePoint site and communication flows.
• Develop and support Power Apps for commencement check-in.
• Lead commencement planning and execution.
• Collaborate with teams across Student Success and Dallas College on curriculum and graduation issues.
• Compile reports on graduates and candidates for commencement.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Import EDI files for Reverse Transfer using Python and Power Query for accurate data reporting.
