Job summary

Dallas College seeks a Degree Audit Specialist to ensure accurate degree plans, progress tracking, and graduation processes. You will develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Python, and Workday to streamline reporting and compliance with state requirements.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to improve student completion, reverse transfer efficiencies, and reporting accuracy, impacting thousands of students’ paths to credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related work experience or Associate degree plus five years of related work experience.
• Official transcripts will be required.
• Bilingual or Multilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Write syntax and program automated degree plans used by students to track progress toward degree completion.
• Analyze and design departmental systems in compliance with THECB and College guidelines.
• Program degrees and certificate plans in Workday/Colleague.
• Collaborate with Degree Audit staff to ensure deadlines are met and improve degree plans.
• Audit student graduation files for THECB compliance.
