Job summary

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under deadlines

Responsibilities

• Tracks student progress in training certificate programs and graduates successful students
• Enters certificate program requirements in Colleague and verifies content displays on the website
• Builds queries for reporting data
• Develops degree audit queries/reports for daily, monthly, quarterly needs
• Handles calls for about two hours each day
• Processes scholarship vouchers
