Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 license required; Series 63 within 6 months of employment.
• U.S. citizenship required; work may involve government-related assignments.
• Experience with Defined Contribution, Mutual Fund, and College Savings Plan.
• Customer service or financial services experience is preferred.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ask probing questions to assess customer needs and use data to guide decisions.
• Demonstrate active listening to understand articulated and unarticulated needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial education on retirement plan options and services.
• Answer complex questions about investment and payment options for plan participants.
• Offer guidance on appropriate tools and services for participants.
• Explain effects of plan distributions, loans, and investment choices.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and develop practical solutions.
• Process transactional support for plan participants.
• Focus guidance on both qualified and non-qualified retirement benefits.
