Job summary

PNC is seeking a Defined Contribution Product Specialist within Institutional Asset Management, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other locations will be considered.

You will be part of the product team delivering investment advisory and education solutions to sponsors of participant-directed defined contribution plans, including 3(21) and 3(38) options, fiduciary education and vendor benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with investment advisors for defined contribution plans.
• Knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
• Ability to create content and deliver presentations at industry events.
• Experience leading sales initiatives.
• Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
• CFA designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and promotion of new and existing products.
• Use emerging technologies to deliver products via multiple channels.
• Monitor market trends and design innovative features for products.
• Partner with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
• Support risk, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
