Job summary

PIMCO seeks an experienced Defined Contribution Solutions Strategist to lead development, positioning and commercialization of its DC platform. You will collaborate with Product Strategy, Portfolio Management, Marketing and Consultant Relations to drive adoption and growth of DC investment solutions.

The role requires deep DC knowledge, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to plan sponsors, advisors, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/MBA desirable.
• Experience developing, positioning and/or commercializing DC investment solutions.
• Deep understanding of the DC product ecosystem and related trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve PIMCO’s DC investment strategies, including target date funds and retirement income solutions.
• Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies to support adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors, consultants, advisors, and other retirement stakeholders to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Deliver DC expertise and communicate competitive advantages of PIMCO’s platform.
• Partner with Product Strategy, Marketing, and Account Management to align offerings with client needs.
