Job summary

PIMCO seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, DC Solutions Strategist, to lead the design, development and commercialization of the Defined Contribution platform. The role advises plan sponsors, consultants and advisors, collaborates with product strategy and marketing, and helps position DC solutions for growth across the US market.

The candidate will manage, evolve and communicate competitive advantages of DC investments, including target date funds, retirement income and private markets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; CFA or MBA desirable.
Experience developing, positioning and commercializing DC solutions.
Strong knowledge of DC landscape and market dynamics.
Proven ability to engage with plan sponsors, advisors and consultants.

Responsibilities

Manage and evolve PIMCO’s DC investment strategies and product suite.
Develop go-to-market strategies and investment narratives for new DC solutions.
Collaborate with distribution, product strategy, marketing and client relations teams to align with sponsor needs.
Position PIMCO as a thought leader through studies, publications, and events.
Engage with plan sponsors, consultants and advisors to drive adoption and growth.
