Job summary

PIMCO Ltd. - Pacific Investment Management Company seeks a Defined Contribution Solutions Strategist to lead design, development and commercialization of DC platform offerings.

You will work across Product Strategy, Portfolio Management, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to shape strategy and client engagement. The role involves partnering with distribution to position solutions, support client retention, and drive growth in the US DC market, with opportunities to influence thought leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; CFA/MBA desirable.
8+ years in institutional DC space within asset management or related fields.
Experience developing or commercializing DC investment solutions for the US market.

Responsibilities

Lead development, positioning and commercialization of DC investment strategies.
Develop investment narratives and go-to-market strategies for adoption and growth.
Engage plan sponsors, advisors and consultants to assess DC needs and solutions.
Position DC products with internal teams to differentiate offerings for clients.
