Role: DeFi Business Development Lead - Remote (U.S.)

Summary:

The cryptocurrency firm provides an asset tokenization solution bridging the gap across traditional financial institutions and the web3 ecosystem.

Due to strong growth, the firm is seeking a DeFi Business Development Lead, to source and close new business deals and create new enterprise partnerships across tokenization, custody, and DeFi platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing business development and new partnership life-cycles.
• Attend conferences and events.
• Engage with decision makers at Hedge Funds, Banks, FinTechs.
• Conduct due diligence, deal sourcing, negotiations, and closings.

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience within business development or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience working at a cryptocurrency firm within tokenization sales or institutional sales.
• Deep understanding of Web3 protocols & DeFi
• Strong sales acumen and communication skills.
